My name is Jeff Wilfong and I have been a psychotherapist since 2006. I am licensed in California as both a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (46654) and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (159).
I offer virtual therapy through phone or audio/video. Therapy reduces suffering and creates possibility for healthy changes. It is one of the best investments that you can make as you gain awareness and learn about problematic patterns. Everyone is at their own change-readiness level and I will support you where you are at. I am familiar with most psychological issues as I have worked in numerous settings (private practice, crisis, substance abuse clinics, and detention facilities) and generally I have said "Yes!" to everyone and all issues along the way. I am confident I can provide value to you from the very start.

Other than Kaiser and United Behavioral Health (Optum), for the other insurances will require you to join Headway health and once your account is live and confirmed, and all paperwork completed, I can then schedule you.
